GGenre Platform – Terms & Conditions & Disclaimers Effective Date: 1 March 2026 1. Introduction Welcome to GGenre (“the Platform”). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. GGenre provides a live ranking system where artists upload files and fans vote via WhatsApp OTPs. Rankings and rewards are determined according to activity and votes on the Platform. 2. Eligibility You must be 13 years or older to upload or vote. Only one account per WhatsApp number is allowed. Multiple accounts using the same number may be disqualified. By uploading a file, you confirm you have rights to the content and all necessary permissions. 3. File Upload & Activation Uploading files is free. To include a file in the voting system, artists must activate their file via WhatsApp request. Activation Fee: $0.50 per file per day. Instructions: WhatsApp 0780824356 Type “Activate file” to request voting activation. 4. Voting Rules Voting is done via OTPs sent through WhatsApp. Voting start from 7 AM and end at 7 PM. First vote per person per day (before 12PM) is free. Additional or late votes are paid at the rate of $1 = 5 votes. Paid votes are non-refundable. 5. Ranking & Reward Structure GGenre maintains daily rankings based on votes received. Rankings reset daily. Daily Rewards Top 1% of artists share a pool reward of 20% per day, Top 5% share a pool of 20%, Top 4% share a pool of 10% and Top 10% share a pool of 10% also, equally, without repetitions. Reward eligibility is based on daily rankings and not guaranteed for every active artist. Paid Vote Rewards Artists receive $0.10 for each paid vote their activated file receives. Paid vote rewards are tracked and calculated daily. - All payments to creators are made in the morning of the day following the win, before 12 PM Important Notes Rewards depend on actual votes received and platform traffic. GGenre reserves the right to adjust reward percentages, amounts, or eligibility at any time. 6. Disclaimers Participation does not guarantee success or ranking. Artists are responsible for the legality and originality of uploaded content. GGenre is not liable for copyright infringement or disputes arising from file content. Voting manipulation, bots, or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards. Rewards are subject to availability of funds and platform operational capacity. 7. Limitation of Liability GGenre provides services “as-is”. The Platform is not responsible for technical failures, downtime, or external factors affecting voting, uploading, or ranking. GGenre is not liable for financial losses, missed rewards, or indirect damages resulting from Platform usage. 8. Termination GGenre may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity. Users may also voluntarily terminate their participation by stopping file activation and voting requests. 9. Privacy Personal information (e.g., WhatsApp number) is collected only for voting, activation, and reward purposes. GGenre will not share your data with third parties without consent, except for legal compliance. 10. Changes to Terms GGenre reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, the reward structure, or platform rules. Changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. 11.
